"We've found the lifestyle fits our needs and the town square just steps away is most convenient. It is quite enjoyable along with the nice people who live here."
- Carolyn Colton,
Nolen Park Mariemont is an extension of the Village Square, following the vision of Mary Emery's original town plan. The Tudor Revival design is articulated with roof dormers, gables and changing materials of brick and stone. Although the exterior is inspired from the past, the interior features open one-level floor plans with high ceilings, expansive windows, large balconies, energy efficient features, and beautiful finishes attractive to today's selective buyer.
This landmark building has 27 two, three, and three bedroom/study residences and is located across the street from The Mariemont Strand. Nolen Park is scheduled for completion in November 2013.
Residences on the first level have large 300 to 500 foot terraces with direct access to the street. Several terraces offer the opportunity to access Nolen Park, a private green space for residents. The second and third level balconies provide views of the neighborhood treetops. Ten-foot ceilings are a part of the dramatic living space on the third level.
Nolen Park residents will enjoy the use of a professionally landscaped terrace for condominium gatherings which includes an outdoor grill and fire pit. The centerpiece of this delightful garden is a 100 year old oak that shades and defines the space.
Other features include a community room for parties and meetings overlooking the garden. In addition, each condo includes two assigned parking spaces in a secure garage serviced by two elevators to each of the three residential levels and storage closets on the same level as the owner's unit.
