Greiwe Development Group is partnering with North American Properties on a five-phase condominium development adjacent to Mariemont's Village Square. Jordan Park was dedicated in 2008, Emery Park in 2011, Nolen Park in 2014, Livingood Park in 2016 and Hampstead Park is scheduled for completion in May 2019.
The architect for Hampstead Park is glaserworks. Founded in 1858 as Glaser and Myers, glaserworks Architecture Urban Design is among the most prestigious firms in the Midwest and continues to design numerous aware-winning neighborhoods, buildings and public spaces. Within the last 15 years, the current staff has designed over 2,800 dwelling units for multi-family and student housing projects.
Greiwe Interiors is designing the common areas and is directing the finish selections for the residences. The design firm's 135 years experience and knowledge of a wide range of design resources assures the quality and distinctive look of the residential interiors.
Martin Koepke Design is the landscape architect behind many notable Cincinnati landmarks, and premier public and private outdoor spaces. He focuses on creating places where people can gather, work and interact in their surroundings with efficiency and ease.
